The anticipation for the opening of Toy Story Land was incredibly high. As many of you read in the post leading up to my last trip, I was beyond excited. It was definitely one of my most memorable times in Disney World. There was so much energy and so much excitement in the air. It was hard to help getting wrapped up in all of it. We arrived on Thursday late afternoon at Disney’s All-Star Music. There was a small snafu with our room (yes, even travel agents have snafus). Disney was Continue reading “Toy Story Land Weekend”
Disney is not just for the kids. If you are a kid at heart or just love food, then you might be thinking about a trip without the kids or before kids. I LOVE taking my kids to Disney, but also love my adult trips. I am all about a packing list and wanted to share my personal park packing list for my bag.
First off, if you don’t feel you need a bag, do not take a bag. Life will be super easy for you, since you can avoid the bag check lines. I am not one of those people Continue reading “Packing List: Adult trip”
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (aka MNSSHP) started in 1995 and was originally only held on Halloween night. The party gradually grew in popularity from year to year and is now offered on select nights August-October at the Magic Kingdom. Continue reading “Dos and Don’ts of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party”
I honestly can barely contain my excitement. Ever since Disney made the very first announcement about Toy Story Land, I have been wanting to be there and see it. I felt Disney took FOREVER to finally give us the opening day and I am a planner. I like to book things in advance and know what I am doing. A friend and I were playing the guessing game and had an entire trip planned based on Toy Story Land opening around Memorial Day Weekend (like Pandora did last year). Much to our dismay, when Disney announced the June 30th opening day, we were crushed. I had searched my calendar and tried and tried to make the new day work. I thought it wasn’t going to happen….. But IT DID!! The trip is 100% booked! Continue reading “We’re going to TOY STORY LAND: OPENING DAY”
There are 3 different dining plan options: Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, Disney Dining Plan and Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.
Let’s start with the basics — The dining plan works with “credits.” There is no monetary value to a “credit”, but there are different types of credits: snack, quick-service and table-service.
What qualifies as a snack credit?
Anything with the Disney Dining Plan logo next to it qualifies as a snack credit. The variety is enormous. Examples would be something small like a banana, a bottle of water or a granola bar. Snack credits can also be something larger like Continue reading “Which Disney Dining Plan is right for you?”
